When will my order arrive?

Delivery times depend on your location. Proceed to checkout and continue to the shipping method to see the estimated delivery date. Twice Tonight processes orders, Monday – Friday except for holidays


Weekends and holidays are not considered as business days by Twice Tonight and our shipping partners.


How will my order look when it arrives and what will show up on my credit card?

All products are shipped in a non-marked box.

How much is shipping?

Shipping cost is dependent on the method you choose during check out.

 If your order is over $50 excluding tax and shipping, you will have a Free Shipping option available during checkout

Shipping to Military Addresses

All Military shipments must use the USPS.

Note:  Do not include the country or the base camp’s city, as it might be routed through the host country’s mail system.

What is your return policy?

Returns & Exchanges

Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange toys and products unless they are defective. This is for our customers’ health, safety, and peace of mind. 

Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and cannot be returned.

 This includes but is not limited to: 

  • Vibrators and Dildos
  • Douche/Enema Kits
  • Anal Toys, Beads, and Plugs
  • Cock and ball devices, Cock Rings, and Cock Sleeves
  • Gags and Ropes
  • Lingerie and Men’s Wear

What if an item is defective?

Incorrect, damaged, or defective products

 If you have receive an incorrect item which is not what you ordered, a damaged item, or a non-functional defective item, Customer Support will issue a prepaid return label for you to print out and affix to your return package.

Can I cancel my order or make a change of address?

As long as your is not shipped out you can cancel your order.

 Once the order is processed and shipped we can not make any changes to the address. In most cases, if the order can not be delivered due to an address error, the parcel will be returned to us by the carrier. All returned orders will be refunded and can NOT be shipped back out.

How do backordered items work?

If you placed an order with a back-ordered item, we will do one of the following options: 

  1. if the item will come in within a few days we will wait to ship your order.
  2. If the ETA of the back ordered item is unknown, we will contact you.
  3. If we can not get a hold of you we will ship what we have in-stock and refund you for the back ordered items.
