Returns & Exchanges
Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange toys and products unless they are defective. This is for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers.
Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefor cannot be returned.
This includes but is not limited to:

- Cock and ball devices, Cock Rings, and Cock Sleeves
- Gags and Ropes
- Lingerie and Men’s Wear

Incorrect, damaged, or defective products
If you have receive an incorrect item which is not what you ordered, a damaged item, or a non-functional defective item, Customer Support will issue a prepaid return label for you to print out and affix to your return package.
As long as your is not shipped out you can cancel your order.
Once the order is processed and shipped we can not make any changes to the address. In most cases, if the order can not be delivered due to an address error, the parcel will be returned to us by the carrier. All returned orders will be refunded and can NOT be shipped back out.

- if the item will come in within a few day we will wait to ship your order.
- If the ETA of the backordered item is unknown we will contact you.
- If we can not get a hold of you we will ship what we have in-stock and refund you for the back ordered items.
